Photo Gallery

Photo gallery allows the customer to post a photo portfolio on their website. In the portfolio, the client can have multiple galleries, and each gallery can have many photos. Included is a portfolio management system that allows them to create the individual galleries and add or delete photos from the portfolio.

All photos can be enabled and disabled as needed. All photos that are uploaded using the portfolio management are automatically resized on the server to ensure optimal download speeds for the site user. All resized images will retain their original aspect ratio.

Single Video Page

This allows the client to post single video clips to a designated page on their site. This module will allow the user to upload up to 10 videos to the server. Each video will be converted from its native format (QT, AVI, DIVX, WMV) to a web friendly Flash Video (FLV) file format. The module will give the administrator the proper EMBED code to allow the videos to be added to any HTML webpage, including pages created with our CMS system.

Custom Branded Video Microsite

Some clients may have greater volume for video content. In such a case, we can create a separate, branded microsite that is just for their video content (see video.volleyball.com)

These microsites allow both videos to be uploaded by the client/users as well as importing of existing videos directly from YouTube.

These microsites will use a standard site layout that will have its colors customized to match any color scheme desired by the client. The client's logo and branded URL will also be used. If a custom layout is needed a separate design budget will be required.

Blog-up to 5 bloggers

A blog is a portion of site where an individual or individuals in the client's company enter commentary, description of events or other material, such as graphics or EMBED video on a regular basis. Client can create a blog on their site and have up to five individual bloggers writing content.

Each blog will continue to archive all existing posts and includes an RSS 2.0 compatible feed to allow blog readers to subscribe to the feed.

RSS Feed

An RSS Feed allows the client to pull frequently updated content (blog entries, news, audio, video, etc) from selected websites. Content can then be posted directly to their website, or sent to a moderator within their company for approval. Clients can also have their site setup with RSS Feeds allowing users to "subscribe" to consolidated feed on the client's site.

Forums

Client can have an unlimited number of forums installed, each at an additional charge. In most cases, only 1 forum is needed. Topics and commentary posted on the forum can be controlled in two manners. Either comments are posted automatically, or an appointed moderator in the clients company can review comments and determine whether posts are approved or not.

Calendars - Events

This module will allow the client to create a basic event calendar. The administrator can create event entries in the administration site. As events are added, they will appear on the public site. The public site will show an actual calendar and the day will be highlighted to show an event is listed. Users can click on the day to view additional details of the event.

Google Maps

This module allows clients to add mapping to their site. If they have events scheduled or multiple retail locations, they can have a Google Map put on their site showing where they are located, and give directions to users.

The mapping module will pull its information from the backend database and will generate "pushpins" on the map to show the locations of the entries. Each pushpin will be clickable and will pop up a box with the item details. The content of the box is customizable.

Users move, zoom in, and zoom out on the map in real time. Pushpins will be loaded and unloaded dynamically as necessary. In the event that a large number of entries are in a close proximity, they will be grouped together to maximize speed and retain a clean interface.
